I don't normally post photos of people, but it seems to me that if I'm going to post one of the Bishop of New Hampshire, I really need to post one of Dr. Louie Crew. With many others, I believe that Gene Robinson would not be bishop of New Hampshire if Louie Crew hadn't joined the Episcopal Church in 1961. It's not that Gene couldn't do it on his own-- he is one of the most genuine Christians I know-- but that the way paved by the gentle, persistent Dr. Crew has kept the Episcopal Church honest.
